By accessing or using the PreDNS.io website and services ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Skyloom LLC.
PreDNS.io provides tools to generate temporary preview links for websites prior to DNS changes. These services include guest access, account creation, workspace management, custom domain whitelabeling, password-protected links, visit analytics, and API access. Skyloom LLC reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice, at its sole discretion.
By using PreDNS.io, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during account registration and to maintain and promptly update your information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Skyloom LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice or liability, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, engaged in illegal or unethical activities, or otherwise harmed the integrity of our platform.
All payments for subscription plans are processed through Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize Skyloom LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription.
Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee applicable only to your first subscription payment. If you request a refund within the first 7 days from your initial payment date, we will refund the full amount. After 7 days, no refund is provided, regardless of whether you actively used the Service.
Renewals and Cancellations: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription directly through Stripe or PayPal prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel on time is considered negligence, and no refund will be issued. Refund requests for renewed subscriptions are automatically declined.

PreDNS.io employs an extensive internal "bad words" dictionary, Google Safe Browsing API, and industry-standard blacklists to detect and block domains associated with phishing, malware, or illegal activities. Domains found in these filters will automatically be blocked from use. In cases of false positives, users may request a manual review by contacting [email protected]. The decision to unblock domains rests solely with Skyloom LLC after internal investigation.
All content, software, technology, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other materials provided by PreDNS.io are the exclusive property of Skyloom LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, the underlying source code, algorithms, user interface designs, documentation, and any other proprietary information. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users retain ownership of any content they upload or provide to the Service; however, by doing so, they grant Skyloom LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
PreDNS.io retains generated preview links and associated data based on the parameters of the user's selected subscription plan. Each plan specifies the duration for which links are stored and accessible. It is the sole responsibility of the user to monitor and manage their links, including understanding when links will expire or be deleted. Skyloom LLC does not guarantee the preservation of any link beyond its designated retention period and shall not be held liable for any loss of data or access resulting from link expiration or user-initiated deletion. Users are encouraged to regularly back up important data and monitor their account settings to ensure alignment with their data retention needs.
Skyloom LLC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Skyloom LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Skyloom LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, to Skyloom LLC, or to third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted. We are not obligated to provide access to such data after termination. Users may terminate their account at any time by following the procedures outlined in their account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay accrued charges or amounts due prior to termination. In the event of termination, Skyloom LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages resulting from the loss of access to the Service or deletion of your data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Skyloom LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Skyloom LLC makes no warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Skyloom LLC shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skyloom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall Skyloom LLC’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Skyloom LLC for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the events giving rise to such liability. These limitations apply even if Skyloom LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skyloom LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including, but not limited to, any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations set forth in these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Wyoming to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Skyloom LLC regarding the use of the Service.
